    Nancy is a medical cost management and marketing executive with nearly 20 years of accomplishment in strategic planning and execution of tactics to support company growth goals. She has a proven track record of success in assisting high-growth companies achieve revenue and earnings expectations, and has held senior management positions in both Fortune 500 companies  and small, entrepreneurial companies with PE backing.

    Nancy currently works as vice president of global marketing and communications for Crawford & Company, the world’s largest publicly listed independent provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal and external communications and marketing strategies to support revenue growth and client retention.

    Prior to Crawford & Company, Nancy spent nine years in the workers’ compensation market as senior vice president of marketing for Healthcare Solutions, which was acquired by Optum in 2015. During her tenure, she managed the company’s workers’ compensation brand, corporate marketing and strategic communications through the tactical delivery of advertising, PR, direct marketing campaigns, conference/event management, product strategy and development, and other initiatives.

    Prior to joining Healthcare Solutions, Nancy spent seven years at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), a Fortune 500 company later acquired by Xerox, as director of marketing and account management. In this role, she managed a team of more than 30 pharmacists and business professionals in servicing state Medicaid and workers’ compensation programs processing more than $16 billion in drug spend. During her tenure at ACS, Nancy also held roles in corporate communications, training and implementation project management.

    Before joining ACS, Nancy served as an internal consultant at MetalSpectrum, a tech start-up acquired by Alcoa. At Alcoa, she was appointed to analyze Alcoa’s eBusiness portfolio, including web-based communication channels to implement new functionality across the enterprise. She also managed other business efficiency and outsourcing projects through a lean six sigma model.

    Nancy holders her Bachelor of Art in Communications from Spring Hill College, a Jesuit college in Mobile, Ala., graduating summa cum laude. She is co-founder of the Women in Workers’ Compensation organization, which later merged with Women Executives in Workers’ Compensation to form the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation.

    She is also actively engaged with L’Arche, a high-impact international federation of over 140 communities wordwide whose mission is to build community with people of all abilities and help society imagine the human family differently, inspiring others to similar initiatives.
