    Kelly is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions at Leading Women, a global management consulting company that supports corporate initiatives to advance women and close their leadership gender gap. Prior to joining the management consulting industry, Kelly worked within the consumer products industry, holding marketing and communication roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in the role of Business Unit General Manager at The Holmes Group, Inc.

    A graduate of The University of Rhode Island, Kelly has also attended the Executive Management program on Leadership at Northwest University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Leadership Development program at Boston College.
